Our Staff Physician: Dr. J. Rendon-Mackliff, originally from Guayaquil, has made Anconcito, Ecuador his home for 16 years. Dr. Rendon's personal practice encompasses the local community providing regular and emergency care at the homes of his patients. Working also with the Provincial Government to provide health care to outlying communities, Dr. Rendon holds privileges at all of the local hospitals and laboratories. Dr. “Jose”, as we call our friend, lives less than 3 minutes from The Ocean Rehab with his wife and three sons, and is available to visit clients on site whenever necessary.

We are offering the opportunity for professionals in the fields of: addiction therapy and relapse prevention, mental health therapists and mental health counselors, personal improvement professionals including fitness and nutrition trainers, stress reduction and holistic treatment of chronic pain, etc., to visit with us between sessions and stay in our newest building - 6 bedrooms, each with private bath and 2 stories to take best advantage of the spectacular views.
